Push Ups For 1 Min or Failure, Burnout Sets at End of Chest Workout By Tuan Tran

You can now train with me online at myhitechtrainer.com Hey all, all Natural/Drug Free Powerlifter/Bodybuilder Tuan here with a clip of my doing some burnout sets on push ups to finish off my Chest Workout on that day. A press-up (British English) or push up (American English) is a common strength training exercise performed in a prone position, lying horizontal and face down, raising and lowering the body using the arms. Press-ups develop the pectoral muscles and triceps, with ancillary benefits to the deltoids, serratus anterior, coracobrachialis and the midsection as a whole. Press-ups are a basic exercise used in civilian athletic training or physical education and commonly in military physical training. Press-ups are a common form of punishment used in the military and in school sport. Here I am performing them to failure so I can build up my strength endurance. Hope you enjoy the clip. PLEASE BE SAFE AND UNDERSTAND YOUR LIMITATIONS. ONLY TRY THIS ONLY IF YOU HAVE A SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF THE MOVEMENT

@dabrownfox15 so you say noone can get this big without steroids?

  • dabrownfox15

Your traps are completely overdeveloped which is a clear sign of steroid usage. I have no problem with these bodybuilders using performance enhancing drugs, but at least be honest about it. Ask any medical physician to take a look at this particular physique and physiology and ask them what their medical opinion is. Look at natural athletes from other power sports like football and sprinters, and even their traps aren’t overdeveloped to this point.

Intense. Now I want to go back to the gym. Great videos Tuan, keep it up bro.

  • roughneckasian

@snoopdoggystyle1 that does work. but if you do not want to put too much stress in the shoulders, why not just do overhead pulls on a bench. For me, I feel more direct stress there plus the the load on my shoulders is minimal.

  • roughneckasian

@twelvemonkeys12 every other workout is fine. no need to do it after every chest workout. thanks for the support.

@john444978 See how effective blocking you is. You seem to hate my videos but insist on watching many of them which I do not understand, If you do not like them, why are you watching them. Now that you are blocked, I do not have to put up with any future neg. comments by you.

maybe go all the way up.. your only doing half push ups, you steroided person and tell your boyfriend to learn how to film!!

  • snoopdoggystyle1

Hey Tuan, do you have any suggestions for pushup variations that hit the serratus anterior more? i’ve been reading online articles that say to overextend your arms at the top of your pushup, and i’ve been wondering what u think about that.

  • TAKEMARU666

@roughneckasian i can get around 85-98 pushups straight, so far. i also weigh 290 pounds tho. for my size thats crazy lol

Hey!!! You did your press ups quite fast, I used to do them like that as well, as part of my chest workout, but an instructor told me that if you do them a lot more slowly (like 3 seconds up 1/2 seconds down) this will isolate and work on your pectoral muscles a lot more, what do you think???
