how long will i have to do this for? how many weeks til i see an improvement and if i do this, aswell as ten minutes of stepping and your butt blasting work out, is that too much?

I just did this, this was awesome! At first I was like 6 mins that’s not very long?! But now I’m like wow that was a good effective 6 mins! =D Thanky Nichole, you rock! I like you cause your real, I actually hear you breathing hard like me! I think this will really help me.

i want loose my gut, i’ve gained weight in the last 6 months. i went from a walking job to sit down job. i feel terrible with this weight on. i’m going to start doing these exercises with sparkpeople here at work since i work nights and no one is around and if i’m not busy. will let you know how my weight goes!

I ride horses and do show jumping, so this exercise set was particularly appealing for me. The stationary lunges are great for balance, which was the key selling point. At first I thought it would never happen for me, but now I’m so happy I stuck with it! And I still feel the burn!!!!!
Muscles grow from either sarcoplasmic hypertrophy or microfibrillar hypertrophy.
What diet an exerciser eats as well as the approach to exercising governs which type of hypertrophy transpires.
Also, females lack the physiologic properties to grow muscle to the degree that males can.
