    I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted too, so I can relate to what you say. What I gained in a period of 2 months, it took me 6 months to lose. I can tell you I’m careful about what enters my mouth now.

    yeah, i really was the 3% last time, but i thought i would never ever get fat so i ate and ate and now, im trying to lose them all.

    if you want to lose your weight – just try drinking about 3-5 litre water per day , and run every day – ( a little bit ” about 1 – 1.5 KMs”) :D
    (if you drink a lot of water [3-5] litres per day , you can not eat very much thats the reason , and drinking water is helthy) ;)

    i used to be that 3% ~
    i ate whatever the fuck i want after the summer and packed on so much weight. DON’T DO IT PEOPLEEE. it’s so easy to gain but so hard to lose.

    @LabakiTurbo it’s actually cool to be in that 3% knowing that you’ll never get overweight(unfortunately my brothers aren’t in that 3% for some odd reason they’re both a little obese). But even so even if you’ll always be skinny no matter what you eat you still should eat healthy and exercise for better health. And it could actually increase mental power. But every time I indulge(like on Thanksgiving and birthdays and so on). I eat alot!!!
