How I Lost the Baby Weight
A few people requested that I do a video on how I’ve lost all (and then some) of my baby weight. So here it is! I’ve lost 15 pounds and gone down 2 sizes in one month. I still want to lose 10lbs, but I’m slowing down on the dieting. I’m gonna slowly lose the next 10. Sorry I talk so fast. I was kind of in a hurry. So if I forgot to answer something, or if you have questions, leave them as a comment and I will try to answer them in a reply!!

Haha, I know how you felt about that baby weight. I gained 50 lbs when I got pregnant (yikes). My secret to losing the baby weight was breastfeeding. I was back to pre-prego weight within a few months.
@KStarrrulez07 Thanks! You are doing great! It’s always easy to lose the first few pounds and then it gets trickier! Keep it up though, you’re doing awesome!
Hey Lora I love the fact that you can rock a curvy body. I have one too, but think I am failing lol. I am on a diet right now: No fast food, Only water, No more than 1,500 cal a day. And do some exercise. And why is it the first 10lbs is easy to lose but the rest feels like I am going no where? I am trying to lose 40lb and I have lost 12lb in 1 month.(i guess that is good right???lOl) heck if I know lol.
lmao i gained 70 and lost all but about 10 that i still have to lose and hes a year old… grrr ! i was rollerblading but didnt lose a thing and gut looks the same
wanna run, but i think i may not make it home, i may pass out lol cause im a smoker
. ima try this no whites diet. hope it works. oh no you said soda, i drink about 6 a day and NO water, cant seem to kick these habits. u look amazing by the way

Wow I gained 60 pounds. My baby boy will be 3 weeks tomorrow, so hopefully I’ll get my body back.
That’s awesome!! Go you!! I didn’t “fall off the wagon” exactly. I just stopped doing the diet once I reached my goal weight. Now I just eat pretty much whatever I want, but small portions of it. And I try to stay away from sodas and desserts as much as possible lol!
You look great!!! I saw ur video about a week ago and it totally changed me. I am bf and exercising and eating health(ier), lol!! But I tried the whole no whites thing and in the past 8 days I’ve lost 3 lbs!!! I just wanted to know if u ever fell off the wagon and if u also portion controlled ur meals??
Great video!!! I saw it a few days ago and started the whole no whites thingy and I’ve lost 3 lbs!!! I’m eating totally normal, just no sugar, white pasta, white rice or white bread!!! Brilliant!! The hardest thing that an average woman can do after giving birth is to lose the extra weight. Wish me luck, I’ve got another 25 to go!!! You look awesome btw!!! Did u ever feel like u fell off the wagon? And also, did u portion control too??
i gained 60 pounds with my pregnancy and about 20 pounds in the first week, which I expected. I plan on doing a video blog to help keep me motivated in losing the rest

Lots of grilled and baked chicken, veggies, fruit, whole grain pasta and rice and whole grain bread. Also lots of eggs and water!
What did/do you eat ?? lol Because im trying to loose my baby weight… But everytime i Go to buy groceries…. I dont know what is healthy for you and i end up with all “whites” lol

oh wow, thank u soo much for sharing this video, i use to wear size 7b4 i got pregnant with my son, and now i’m trying to lose my baby fat as well. I wanna go back to my size 7 so bad, i miss it, lol. But yeah i drink water and jogg and eat healthy foods so i’m trying the best i can!

im pretty sure juice runs through my veins. my husband gets on my case all the time that i need to drink water but i dont like water.and Motts Totts I LOVE so much… i could drink that non stop all day long. your diet is a low card diet. i eat the same way. so no pasta or starch or sugar. but lots of protein and veggies and only small portions of fruit. you are so beautiful i love watching your videos. i’m NOT one of those skinny girls either. i’ve always had a huge ghetto booty and thighs. =]

Yes… I’m aware.
Only gaining 20 pounds would have been unhealthy. And breastfeeding also helps you loose weight because you burn an extra 500 calories a day.
