A good set of 3 is this video, the 15 min ab workout video and the upper body workout – total body in about 40 minutes

the food guide says you should have atleast 30- 60 mins of physical activity ever day. I say, atack your work out wiht good music it makes it easyer to be motavated!

its also important to watch the food you eat. 1 lose one pound you have to burn 3500 calories. so pretty much if you eat 2000 calories you need to burn 1500 calories to lose one pound. (your body uses and needs about 1500 – 2000 cals. per day.

In order to burn fat, you need to incorporate at least 30 minutes per workout of cardio exercise. Things that you can do at home are jump rope, jumping jacks, jogging in place, and stair climbs. You can build all the muscle in the world, but you have to burn the fat that lies on top if the muscle for your body to look toned. Muscle mass does help you burn fat quicker, but cardio gives you even more of a fat burning boost. Hope it helps!

I really liked your channel and this video. If you need any help getting this video exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position.

I have a question. is it okay to do 5 minutes of cardio, 5 minutes of calisthenics and the 5 minutes of abdominal crunches and back again 3 times in a row. or is this dangerous and will this make me dizzy?

  • cinderellasCurse

Nice new ideas for us fellow colleagues here in the UK. Fab demo, clear and easy to follow. My class members enjoyed these new, more challenging exercises in our Total Tone class. Many thanks for the input and sharing.
