You can get a great workout with it. I also bought the DVDs to use with it. I find the DVDs a bit boring and not as challenging as the workout I got at the gym. The fitness circle allows you to get more resistance out of basic Pilates moves! This circle is made well and sturdy. I have not had any problems with it and enjoy using it!
