The reviews are correct..you will love it! Measure because it does take up some room. I put it together myself in about an hour. It’s nice if you have an extra hand but easy to understand and put together. I love the workout. My husband and daughter both notice my posture has improved in just a couple weeks.

I spent a great deal of time researching various machines and kept coming back to Stamina. I can’t say enough about this machine! I put it together by myself in two hours. It is not collapsible and while it can be moved, that is not done easily so if space is a concern this may not be the best option. I love the workout and feel energized and relaxed when I’m done. This is something anyone can do at ANY size and any fitness level. I look forward to it everyday and am so happy I bought it. You WILL NOT be sorry.
A friend suggested I order a Pilates machine. I had no idea how difficult it was to find a well-built unit until I tried this one. It shipped fast and my husband put it together. I had to help, as it is bulky to assemble and you need two people. It also takes up a lot of room, so pay attention to the dimensions. We have a home gym, so it’s no problem. But this is not a unit that is easily portable. Plan on it remaining in one place.
The first video is helpful but lacking. You have to FF through the very long intro each time and there are no indexes. The exercises are good, though. I’m ready to order the second video.
I don’t know about the rebounder yet. My knees seem to hurt after I use it. But it is fun and easy to use.
My husband purchased this reformer for me in January. I love it and use it about 3 or 4 times a week. My husband even uses it for a few minutes a day. He has problems with his feet and these exercises seem to help him. This is a well built, quality machine. Got this to replace an older fold up model, very good purchase. This is the only exercise that I have ever done on a regular basis.
