I where it to play my PS2 DDR games..
it didn’t make me sweat as much as everybody else said it could be..
but it’s a very good product.
I think maybe if I go running with it would make me sweat more and get the maximun effact out of this product.
it’s well worth the money/.
I got a small and it still was too big. so I’m thinking when I’m wearing this and sweating where is the sweat going? back in to my body? most likely. Not my thing, seems like poor hygiene.Just run ad sweat naturally ad t will evaporate.
I am a 14 in jeans and My husband had to force this baby close for me as it zips up the side. I do intend to wear it when I got to the gym though. I have worn it around the house for a day and noticed my not much. I need to give it more time but it is not what I expected.
