My girlfriend got this thing to work out at home. I don’t think she really likes it because she barely uses it. I would say is just taking space in her room. She says is good but I don’t believe her She had the Air Climber which she used at least 3 times a week. That one she loved but it kept on breaking cheap material but she saw some good results in 3 weeks. I will not recommend you to buy this thing..
The Ab Rocket didn’t fold flat very easily, I certainly could not fold it each day, if at all. The highest weight resistance did not give me enough resistance. It was cheaply constructed. I was very disappointed,

This product is great. I can exercise with little effort.
Came quickly and have used it on a daily basis.
Easy to put together, takes a few minutes,and extra bonus was the Flex master.
Would recommend for folks with limited exerciseing movements.
I bought this item after seeing it on an infomercial at 3 in the morning! I am out of shape, so I should have been feeling something after doing 200 supposed sit ups. But it did nothing. This is a waste of money and I am returning it.
